I’m honestly so glad you’re here. Social media is fun and all, but there’s something different about knowing someone took the time to read the blog. It feels like sharing my personal journal with the world—equal parts exciting and a little vulnerable, if I’m being honest.
This is where I get real about work, life as a mom, and the never-ending attempt to balance the two. Motherhood has this wild way of pulling you in opposite directions. Ellen Pompeo put it best: You can’t be 100% at both—your heart is in two different places. That’s exactly how I feel.
You can do it all, but it won’t always feel like you’re giving your all to everything at once. And that’s okay.
If that resonates with you—welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve been online for as long as I can remember—literally since I tried (and failed) to build a MySpace page in second grade. No internet supervision, just pure chaos. I started as a YouTuber with glamxoglam, then moved on to megansedit, and now, I feel like I’m finally finding my groove. Over the years, I’ve been cleaning up my digital footprint, but one thing has stayed the same—I love creating and sharing my world online.
Now, that world includes motherhood, and let me tell you, balancing a career and raising a tiny human has been anything but easy or picture-perfect. There have been tears (lots of them) and moments of, Wait, maybe I’ve got this? I started this blog as a digital journal because motherhood can feel so isolating. We get divided into WFH moms, SAHMs, part-time working moms—but at the end of the day, aren’t we all just doing the best we can with what we’ve got? I still call myself a WFH mom because, well, I’m managing Zoom calls and a fake “work setup” for my toddler so they feel like they’re part of my day. It’s chaos, but it’s my chaos. And through it all, I’m here to keep it real—candid, transparent, and honest—because I know I’m not the only mom stumbling her way through this..
My dog Tank is almost 6 he's a yellow labrador that was originally my ESA, but I gave him anxiety so now I am pretty sure he needs a service animal but we are besties. Seen Marley & Me? He's just like Marley. I also have a 1.5 year old I chase around everywhere because he won't stop running. Safe to say my hands are full.
This one isn't really fun, it's something even my husband pokes fun at but I am sucha rule follower. I can't jay walk, I've never shoplifted, and I cried when I ran a red light once. If you need a friend that follows the rules, I am your girl!!
When I was 5 my parents made me start classical piano training, I was always in band/jazz band, and if there was hours spent on Spotify for the end of year wrapped trend, I would win that contest.
