Finally pulled the trigger and got my eyebrows done! 1 week after vs 1 hour after! I posted a YouTube video talking through getting my eyebrows micro-bladed 🙂 they healed so freaking fast!! As far as what to expect, I am going to be as brief as I can about this.

What to Expect:

You’re going to go to your appointment, be super nervous, and that’s fine! The first thing you do is fill out waivers/ consent forms. While you’re doing that, your brow artist is going to numb your eyebrows. You look ridiculous but trust me when I say this is key. I’ve had a touch up and I wasn’t as numbed as I was for the actual eyebrows & you can tell a difference! Once you’re numb and signed, you’re going to lay down, you might share some inspo, but you’ll get right into the tattooing. Wear something comfy because you have to lay super still while they’re being tattooed onto your face!

The Cost:

I will be transparent, I paid $500.00 plus another $50.00 for a touch up. It’s not a cheap process, but it’s also your face so I would probably not pay under that if I was you! After the first year, you can continue to go each year to get touch ups, but if you don’t go back – they will fade away!

The Healing:

Brittany was kind enough to give me a goofy but super helpful eye/face shield. This was so helpful so that I could shower and not worry – but just so you know you don’t want to get them wet or sweat for 3-5 days. This allows the ink to set in your brows, so that they are darker & thicker. Keep in mind they are micro-cuts, and sweat would BURN if you tried to sneak in a workout. Take a weekend to rest when you get them done!
